SG Estates Pvt.Ltd. provides Facility Management Services through its nominated agency M/S Sunrise Realcon Pvt Ltd.. In Residential Group Housing societies, services are provided initially for 18-24 months till residents body is formed and afterwards it is handed over to them along with the refund of IFMS and leftover funds (if any) as per the terms of the agreement. Services are provided on an on-going basis in commercial projects.

The company has the professional manpower to supervise and manage the operations of the Facility Management. Major services provided are as under:

• Electricity Management including power back-up systems
• Management of Pre-paid electricity system
• Watch & Ward Security of the complex
• Water Supply
• Club Administration including management of swimming pools / gym & other facilities
• Housekeeping of common areas
• Sanitation and Garbage disposal
• Horticulture
• Complaint management
• Operation and first line maintenance of all electromechanical equipment and its AMCs
