SG Impressions Plus was the second project of the company in Raj Nagar Extn. It's a Group Housing project located in a strategic location in Raj Nagar Extn. It has 146 residential apartments comprising 2/3/4 BHK Apartments and an independent Commercial/Convenient area Tower. It has a fully equipped club consisting of Air- Conditioned Gym, Indoor Games, Multipurpose Hall, Landscaped Park with children swings, 2-tier security etc.
It was completely sold and delivered in the year 2012.
